As a result of increasing the plants assigned to maintenance department and the material required for maintaining / restoring the functionality of the failed equipment and due to the obstacles in the material supplying process the idea of creating a web based system to manage material requests and improve its work flow starting from the request till the delivery.

Main Equipment List "MEL" will display all equipment details with their documents.All the possible documents ( P&ID, Datasheet, Manual , Drawing … etc. ) are attached to each function
All daily feedbacks related to the work order / notification are uploaded to the system by CMMS specialists and exported to Excel for different users.
